Not happy? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and choose between a full refund, store credit, or a replacement product.

  • Opened products you are unsatisfied with (within 30 days of delivery)
  • Damaged or defective items

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

How to Start a Return

Contact us

Email support@nordfiord.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day.

Get approval

Our team will review your request and send instructions. If a physical return is needed, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Ship it back (if required)

For items that need to be returned, securely package them and drop off at any carrier location using the label we provide.

Receive your refund

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of approval and appear on your statement within 3–7 business days.

Please note: Because our products are fulfilled directly from our manufacturing partner's facilities, return shipments are sent to their fulfillment center. Our support team will coordinate all logistics on your behalf — you only need to contact us.
